We have 2 options for registering for camp... Online (with all forms included) or download and paper. Whichever is easier for you - makes us happy.
Please note Colorado regulations require that health forms are received 10 days prior to camp with NO exceptions.
Online Option
Thanks for choosing to register online. Our online registration system is provided through a secure system, so all the information you provide will be kept safe and confidential.
When you register online you will have the opportunity to print all necessary forms. If you lose these forms or just need an extra one, the necessary forms to complete your registration are show in option B. You can also contact Highlands at info@highlandscamp.org for questions or for documents.

Mail-In Registration
STEP ONE: (Complete and submit immediately)
STEP TWO: (Submit these forms at least three weeks prior to your arrival at Highlands)
-Health Form 1 - for ALL campers
-Health Form 2 - For campers attending without parent/legal guardian (to be completed by a medical professional)
CDPHE Immunization Form: you may aslo use the form provided by your medical professional
-General Release of Liability - for individual campers
-General Release of Liability - for parent/legal guardian/adult with at least 1 other camper (First Timers Camp, Get Away Camp, 75th Anniversary celebration
-Participant Covenant (for Middle School & High School Campers)
For Adventure Camps Only - forms will be sent out prior to the camp
