Year-Round Positions
Guest Services Associate
Part-time year-round, and seasonal full-time positions are available. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining common areas of the camp/retreat center, assisting in cleaning and stocking cabins and guest rooms, prepare/clean dining halls, meeting spaces, and public restrooms. Applicants must have a clean criminal background and meet the Colorado State Childcare Licensing requirements including a physical exam and appropriate immunizations.

Housekeeper
Part-time year-round and seasonal full-time positions are available. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, public restrooms, cabins and office areas, removing trash, set up and maintaining cleaning supplies and carts, and stocking linens and supplies. The Housekeeper must comply with all safety standards, be physically able to perform all duties, including lifting at least 50 lbs. Applicants must have a clean criminal background and meet the Colorado State Childcare Licensing requirements including a physical exam and appropriate immunizations.

Host
Part-time year-round and seasonal full-time positions are available. Qualified candidates host retreat groups, ensuring the groups feel welcomed and comfortable. The Host must be able to anticipate the needs of guests and staff and to organize office tasks. Responsibilities include answering phones and inquiries, providing clerical support for Highlands and Highlands staff, checking in guest groups, providing assistance to guests, handle camp store sales, etc. Applicants must have a clean criminal background and meet the Colorado State Childcare Licensing requirements including a physical exam and appropriate immunizations.

Food Service Worker
Part-time, year-round and full-time seasonal positions are available. Qualified candidates will assist in providing a safe and clean environment that meets all guidelines of the regulating governmental agencies and American Camp Association. The food service worker must exemplify a general attitude of helpfulness to all volunteer staff, campers, parents, user groups, and other staff members. Responsibilities include service in all departmental areas, including preparation, service, and clean up of meals. Food Service staff help provide healthy, high-quality food service for both camp and retreat center guests. Staff will also participate in planned meetings and training which is provided by Highlands Presbyterian Camp & Retreat Center.
