Summer and Seasonal Staff Positions
Highlands employs individuals throughout the year for temporary seasonal employment. Summer time in the Rockies is gorgeous, and we offer many different job titles for about 35 people.
2022 dates of employment for most summer program positions begin with staff training starting May 29th through June 7th, followed by six weeks of summer camp.
Host, Guest Services, Food Services, Activity Facilitator, and Maintenance Worker positions have terms of employment beyond those listed above for program staff positions.

Maintenance Worker
Applicants must have a clean criminal background and meet the Colorado State Childcare Licensing requirements including a physical exam and appropriate immunizations.
