New to our Recycling Program at Highlands
Highlands Presbyterian Camp and Retreat Center Staff have been recycling cardboard, plastic, and aluminum from our kitchen, office, and homes for years and have invited guests to do the same at the nearby recycling centers in Allenspark and Lyons.
Now, recycling at Highlands just got even easier with the arrival of containers by the retreat center rooms, dining areas, and chapel!
Newspapers, magazines, catalogs, and office paper can be put into the "News plus" containers.
Aluminum cans, clean foil,steel/tin cans, empty aerosol cans, glass bottles/jars, and plastic #1 and plastic #2 bottles/jugs can be put into the "Commingled" containers.
Help us make a positive impact by lowering our environmental impact!
