Check-in is from 7:00—7:45pm on Friday, Nov. 5th
at the Retreat Center
Departure will be at 11:00am on Sun. Nov. 7th

THE TECHNICAL STUFF:
Registration Fee Includes: All meals, lodging, and programming. Just bring a few extra dollars for items at the Highlands Store.
Chaperones: The minimum chaperone to participant ratio is 1:10 of each gender. (For example, a church with 4 female participants and 4 male participants will require 2 chaperones -- 1 male and 1 female chaperone.) Leaders and chaperones will be responsible for the behavior of their youth. If you need a chaperone or two for you or your group, contact Highlands! Highlands will provide staffing required for all other programming, allowing chaperones the opportunity to build relationships with their youth.
Cancellation Policy: More than two weeks prior to the event: full refund, minus a $20.00 cancellation fee. Within two weeks of the event: 50% refund, minus $20.00 cancellation fee. Day of event: No refund given. (A deposit is required to confirm registration)
