Tentative Schedule

The Technical Stuff:

Cost: The Highlands fee is (yet to be determined!) per person if full registration paperwork and payment is recieved by February 14th.  If registration is recieved after February 14th, the fee will be (yet to be determined!).  However, your church may charge extra to help cover chaperone costs, transportation, etc.  The Highlands fee includes all meals, lodging, and programming.   Just bring a few extra dollars for items at the Highlands Store.

Chaperones:  The minimum chaperone to participant ratio is 1:8 of each gender. (For example, a church with 4 female participants and 4 male participants will require 2 chaperones -- 1 male and 1 female chaperone.)  Leaders and chaperones will be responsible for the behavior of their youth.  If you need chaperones for your group, contact Highlands about hiring a qualified chaperone or two!  Highlands will provide staffing required for all other programming, allowing chaperones the opportunity to build relationships with their youth.
